A special twice-blowing system ensures the stable forming quality of bottles. The heater adopts the infrared temperature control by seven sections and a digital automatic stable pressure-temperature adjustment system.
Set technical parameters such as heating temperature, blowing time, etc. According to different preforms and bottle shapes.
PLC touch-screen control. Production speed, shift capacity, malfunction classification, interface adjustment and so on can be displayed on the screen in a different menu, which features a friendly man-machine interface, easy operation and maintenance. Configured with full automatic preform unscrambler and lifter.
