Juice Medium temperature filling 4 in 1 machine
This 4 in 1 machine is for filling juice into a plastic bottle. Capacity is about 6000 bottles per hour based on a 500ml bottle. The 4 in 1 juice filling machine filling temperature is around 55℃, medium temperature filling.
Different from hot juice, the medium temperature juice can not kill the bacteria, so a machine with two washing steps can keep the bottles away from bacteria as often as possible. First, washing bottles with disinfecting water, there is a disinfect water tank with the juice filling machine. Second, wash bottles with pure water. The filling valves are also made from stainless steel 316. The juice filling machine has a reflux filling mouth to clean the bottleneck. The machine has an online cap washing system with a pump, disinfect water tank, cap sterilize tunnel, pipes and so on.
