A 5-gallon pure water filling machine is used for filling and packing pure water into a 5-gallon barrel, capacity can be 450 barreled water per hour.
The whole 5-gallon filling line includes de-capper, barrel outside washing machine, barrel inside washing filling and capping 3 in 1 machine.
De-capper is for moving the caps out of the used barrel.
Outside washing is for cleaning the surface of the barrel.
3 in 1 machine is for sterilization and cleaning the inside of the barrel, then filling water into the barrel and capping with caps.
The barrels move from one machine to another by conveys.
The machine electrical components are all from a world-famous brand, fully automatic operation. And all machines are made of high-quality stainless steel.
Process of 5-gallon water filling line
1. De-capping machine
This de-capping machine is designed for 3 & 5-gallon bottles in the water production line. It's used to pull out the cap of the recycling bottle before rinsing.
2. External Brusher machine
This external brusher machine especially works with 3 & 5-gallon bottles in the water production line. It's used for all-around cleaning the bottle, significantly improving cleaning efficiency.
3. Automatic up-loader
Automatically push the prepared empty bottle into the filling machine, put the bottle into the holder inside the washer station.
4. 5 Gallon Water Bottle Filling Machine
This filling machine for the PET bottles integrates the functions of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas and designed according to the filling processing demands of mineral water, pure water, etc.
5. Light Checker
