This carbonated drink bottling machine can produce 10000 bottles of gas water per hour in 500ml glass bottles with crown caps.
Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled. Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Neck-hanging grippers are applied to make bottle-size changing easier, without equipment height adjustment and few parts needed to be adjusted. The rinser grippers made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent the second pollution. The splint of the wheel simplifies the process of bottle-size changing, which only needs to change the arch board and star wheel within ten minutes.
