This air conveyor is for sending empty pet bottles from bottle blowing machines to washing filling capping 3 in 1 machine.
The supporting leg of the wind transmission line is made of stainless steel square tube and 50*50*2mm welded pipes. Height is adjustable plus or minus 50mm. Wind feeding trough is made of stainless steel wire, which consists of stainless steel 304 round steel and 4mm welding steel, bending forming. All the fasteners of the air supply and transportation system are made of stainless steel. Wind conveying control cabinet is applied, and the thickness of carbon steel material is 2 mm, surface spray processing with electrical components configuration. The touch screen adopts Taiwan WEINVIEW, model TK6100i. The PLC programmer uses MITSUBISHI in Japan.
