This conveyor is for sending bottles with beverages from filling machines to labeling machines, then to packing machines. Load-bearing chain scraper conveyor adopts stainless steel 304 with a thickness of 2.5 mm. Inside the machine frame, the transverse bracing is made of stainless steel 304 with a thickness of 3 mm. The active bearings and the passive shafts are made of stainless steel 2Cr13, and the shaft diameter is 40mm. Under the conveyor chain plate, the sink adopts stainless steel 304, with a thickness of 1.2mm in sheet bending forming. The lower part of the tank is equipped with SS 304, with a diameter of 50.7mm and a 1.5mm thick seamless drainage pipe. The whole line is arranged, and the drainage pipe is fixed by a fast chuck, which can be quickly removed and cleaned.
