General working process of liquid filling machines: Boxes filled with empty bottles are stacked on trays, which are sent to the tray unloader by the conveyor belt, and the trays are unloaded one by one. Common senses of maintenance The machine cannot be started:
1. Turn on the power supply; turn on the power switch and check the fuse.
2. Release the emergency stop button.
3. Switch on the air pressure and keep it at about 6 kg.
4. Check whether the switching power supply has DC24V power output.
5. Check whether the communication line between the touch screen and PLC is loose.
No blanking:
1. Check the air pressure and touch screen maintenance mode.
2. Check whether the nozzle is closed and inspect the circuit.

Inaccurate filling dose:

4. Clean and replace the solenoid valve.
5. Clean the silencing gas and replace it.
6. Adjust the ball valve to reduce impact force and increase dive depth.
7. Replace the O-ring.
8. Adjust the magnetic switch of the injection cylinder.
Leakage:
1. Tighten the blanking nozzle and replace the gasket of the blanking nozzle.
2. Replace the blanking pipe.
3. Clean the pneumatic valve and replace the gasket of the pneumatic valve.
4. Replace the sealing ring of the injection cylinder.
