Liquid filling machines are used to fill all kinds of liquids, including all kinds of drinks and medicines. Because they are filled with liquid, the container of the liquid filling machine must be kept clean, and the filling container used must undergo strict inspection and cleaning, so as not to pollute the filled beverage.

Besides cleaning the filling machine, it is also necessary to keep the filling workshop clean and tidy. Because the production line can't run normally due to the quality problems of the filling machine, attention should be paid to sterilization, clean and low-temperature filling when using the filling machine.

Main methods to ensure cleanliness are:
Keep the pipes of liquid filling machines clean, and all pipes, especially those in indirect or direct contact with materials, should be kept clean, scrubbed every week, drained every day and sterilized every time. Ensure that the filling machine is clean. Brush and sterilize its material tank, and ensure that there is no scale and miscellaneous bacteria in the parts in contact with materials.

In the production process, sterilization is the best way to ensure the biological stability of bottled beverages. It is necessary to control the sterilization time and temperature to ensure the final effect. It is also necessary to avoid too-long sterilization time or too-high temperature to reduce the oxidation of beverages. After sterilization, it should be cooled as soon as possible so that the temperature does not exceed 35℃. Low-temperature filling is the minimum requirement for beverage filling. In general, beverages are not easy to foam in low-temperature environment, which is beneficial to filling.

Before each operation of the filling machine, use water
from 0℃ to 1℃ to lower the temperature of the filling machine trough and conveying pipeline. When the filling temperature exceeds 4℃, the filling operation should be carried out after lowering the temperature. Using the heat preservation tank and constant temperature irrigation, the materials can be kept at a certain constant temperature within the specified time of filling, so as to avoid unstable operation of the filling machine due to excessive temperature change. In addition, the filling equipment should be isolated from other equipment, the lubrication part of the filling machine and the material filling part should be prevented from cross contamination, and special soapy water or lubricating oil should be used for the lubrication of the conveyor belt.
