This machine applies an air-stirring mechanism in pushing bottles and hot sealing-cool cutting. It uses a flat silk pulse seal, saw tooth knife cuts, unique heat seal-cool cut mechanism, which guarantees the packing agglutination. Automatic unscrambling bottles' appliance makes bottles change more quickly and conveniently. PLC programmable procedure control system is also useful. Double air blowers guarantee temperature balance in the shrink stove with a PAD temperature controller that apparently saves energy. It applies wing shape stainless steel heating system, which is durable for a long time use. The heatproof Bolivian filament with a special fluorine transportation net is used in shrink part to ensure steady transportation and high strengthened wear-proof. This machine applies an invert speed control net belt conveying mechanism. The height of the conveyer shall be made towards the client's demand, with the adjusting scope usually 800±30mm.
The direction of the bottle entering can be adjusted according to clients' demand.
